Monthly
Rental Terms

A
refundable security deposit equivalent to one months rent
for all new monthly rental customers. Deposit refunded only
when a written 30 day notice to move is received and the pad
is returned to its original condition. RV and tent rates are
per night. Snowbird, monthly rental, and "extended
summer stay" rates are per month.

Must
sign a 24 month contract. Contract can be terminated with a
30 day written notice.

Monthly
rental sites include sewer and water. Electricity is not
included.
